My goal in life is to create products that help people craft, do, and be more. I take pride in seeing my products go from their infancy to maturity. I cannot do these things alone, so I am always grateful for the excellent people that have come to collaborate on a project & share their expertise. The ability to collaborate with one another & create an excellent product is a milestone achievement for all involved.

From an early age, I learned that leading by example suits me best. I strive to lead with integrity, motivate those around to stretch their limits, & to constantly improve ones technical skills . I like to promote sharing of information, constructive criticism, & lessons learned session from our past failures to resolve future problems.
